These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExportFox for Pipedrive ("the App"), operated by Hayato Tsukada ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App adds export functionality to Pipedrive deal detail views, allowing users to generate PDF records of deals and download deal attachments as ZIP archives.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App with your Pipedrive account. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
The App accesses your Pipedrive data (deals, notes, activities, contacts and files) only to fulfil export requests you initiate. We do not store, sell or share your Pipedrive data. See our Privacy Notice for details.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from the Pipedrive Marketplace, which immediately revokes the App's access to your data. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
