Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how ExportFox for Pipedrive ("the App"), operated by Hayato Tsukada ("we", "us"), handles your information.

1. Data we access

When you use the App, it accesses the following Pipedrive data via the Pipedrive API, with read-only permissions you grant during installation:

2. How the data is used

Data is accessed only when you click an export button, and only for the deal you are viewing. PDF and ZIP files are generated inside your browser. Our server acts solely as a secure relay between your browser and the Pipedrive API.

3. What we store

We store only the OAuth credentials required for the App to call the Pipedrive API on your behalf (encrypted access and refresh tokens, your Pipedrive company ID and API domain). We do not store, log or retain your deal data, notes, activities, contacts or files. Exported documents exist only on your device.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party. Data flows only between your browser, our relay server and the Pipedrive API over encrypted (TLS) connections.

5. Data retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are deleted automatically when you uninstall the App from the Pipedrive Marketplace. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

All communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Every export request is verified using Pipedrive-signed JSON Web Tokens before any data is relayed. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. As we store only OAuth credentials, uninstalling the App exercises deletion in practice. For any request, contact us at the address below.
